Mobile Awareness at 6573-A Cochran Road, Solon, Ohio.

I had the MA-BCKS-5.6 wired camera/monitor system installed on my Roadtrek RV in January of 2016. At first it worked great. As time went on the reversing switch would only work if the outside temperature was above 32 degrees. After that I needed to have the camera on manual override all the time. That issue started about one year after installation. About three weeks ago I started to notice a fog on the image displayed. Wiping off the outside of the camera did nothing. Then noticed water droplets on the inside of the camera glass. So much for the IP69 Rating! Now the camera has failed. As the camera system was purchased and installed by an RV service and installation company, I did not receive a copy of the original purchase receipt. Additionally, The Mobile Awareness camera mounting bracket was not powder coated. It appears to have just been spray painted. The black paint has pealed off exposing a now rusted surface underneath. What options do I have and / or how can I obtain a replacement camera? This is my primary vehicle. I need to drive it daily.
